Ahhh I loved to be in the arms of my Mom and Dad on the Fist Day ..You see I am so handsome and delicate that Mom was afraid to put ME in her arms for long time.. She was scared that she would break my bones ha ha...How Silly she was or may be she was protective for me. Actually Nana was like her too ...Nani loved to carry me in her arms when she saw me for the first time ....My First Day , Mom and Dedda did not sleep much , Mom was keep on looking at my big wide opened eyes , tiny Lil. figures , pink lips and enjoying my soft touch of my skin ..Dedda was busy running errands and taking care of US !!!!!
I remember my First Ride back home. Mom got me a cute going home body suit , cap and mittens. I threw away mittens but I looked super cute in that dress ...Mom and Dedda were eager to bring ME home...He put me in a car seat , tighten the seat belt , Mom was keep on giving him instruction on not to keep me too tight ha ha ...And Finally, I was in the car, Ready to go home..Super exicted, It was Nov.1st. Nani told me I came home on a very auspicious day, It was festival called "Dhanteras" . She kept Diyas outside our home to welcome ME, loved the light coming from Diyas and joy around the house!!!
Remember ? I am born on Oct. 30th , A day before Halloween !!! Since we were in hospital on that day , we could not celebrate it much but Mom already got me a Halloween costume thinking I will be in her arm by Oct.23rd.....So when we went home , we decided to celebrate my First Halloween ... Dedda and I loved my costume.. I was too young to go and knock on neighbor's door to collect candies but next year I am looking forward to do so, but hey at least I put on my orange costume .....I think I looked sweet and cute, do you agree ?
Since I am born during holidays season, I got to celebrate lot of festivals before I turned One. I loved Christmas decorations and lights ....Loved my First "Meet with Santa" event at Mom and Dedda's office Inten(It is actually Intel but this is how I say it these days ...)...I got new Dress as a gift for Xmas... Mom told me that when I will grow older ,Santa will give me lots of gifts.. Looking forward to get many gifts .....
So my first month, I pretty much stayed home...we all were still adjusting to this BIG change I brought to my family ...but Mom and Dedda promised me outing soon and there came Aunty Nital's baby shower invite...I was excited as I will have company soon and was ready to attend my First Outing and Party ...I put on Indian attire for the First Time as well ...Loved to see everyone in Indian attire....Enjoyed the party, I met my buddies for the first time...Ohh and Soon after that I attended Aunty Hiral's graduation party ....I looked so handsome in that Red shirt with the Tie on ...
I was close to 3rd month when I gave First big smile to everyone ....Ohh I brought so much joy on Mom and Dedda's face and It happened to be Mom was taking photos at that time so I gave her a perfect look with a big smile on my face, Now that what is called picture perfect !!!!
Time was flying and my First Valentines day with my parents came !!! we went to Shubh Uncle and Kinjal Aunt's place. I met my buddies - Aarhum, Aarvi , Nandan and Aayana....was so much fun to play with their toys ...Shubh Uncle clicked our First family Picture ...Mom was waiting to have it for so long and finally her wish came true .. Ohh and forgot to mention, very next day was my parent's anniversary....Cant believe its been a year since I was conceived !!! wow time flies ...
Nana- Nani were going back to India when I was close to 5 months. I enjoyed a lot with them. They took care of ME when Mom and Dad went to work...I was going to miss them singing for me , showing me cars from my room , patting my back and holding my hands for so long ........Well on the other side, I was ready to welcome my Dada, Dadi and Hemit (My Big B ...) for the first time . They could not wait to meet me either....After all they have only seen me via face time(Technology kid I tell you)Kaka-Kaki, Masa-Masi and Mama were still in India and haven't seen me in person yet, I so miss them...I soon wanted to be with them ....
Dada-Dadi started taking care of me now ...Having Hemit around me was so much fun , He made me laugh , giggle , scream and cry too sometimes ..ha ha ....I loved to play with my Big B ...He was there for few months only but we had a blast when he was there ....Hemit said his stay with us was his best trip so far ....
Ohh I forgot to tell you my First tummy time also started. Initially I didn't not like to roll on my tummy and held my neck but Mom told me it is for good so being a good boy , I started enjoying it ....
So far from my first 5 months, I had lot of "My First" moments and I loved all of them ....
Mom and Dad still cherish all my First events so do I !!!

Well , I am Ayansh A. Shah. It all started on 4th Anniversary of my parents(Urvi Patel and Arpit Shah) ....My parents were so excited when they found about my existence for the first time ....It was their Anniversary, Feb 15th 2013 .....How Cool !!! They screamed out loud of joy and were eager to share the news with family and friends .
Mom's first trimester was horrible !! well that is what Mom and Dad tells me ...When I was in mom's tummy of a size of peanut , Mom used to throw up everyday ...Dad used to help her out trying hard to cook her favorite dishes to please her and ME ....Days passed by and that magical moment came alive . Mom and Dad were almost into tears when they heard my heartbeat for the first time . I was also happy to see I am growing and getting ready to come to this beautiful world. At the end of 1st trimester, they were ready to share the news with friends wohoooooo....Mom and Dad created beautiful video of their Journey sharing them to be friends, to be partners , get married and now ME being a part of their life....They says this was the best moment of their life ..
2nd trimester was blissful for Mom and Dad ....Mom started enjoying food now. Mom told me she used crave for bagels, frozen yogurt and sometimes Chips ...Dad used to take us to bagel place every Sunday morning ...Mom and Dad also started talking a lot about me, planning and trying to get ready to welcome me to the world !!!! They were glad to see me growing healthy ...Well Mom and Dad always wanted to see my face during Ultrasound but I guess I was being shy and always had my hand across my face so I never gave a clear glimpse for my face to them...I guess I wanted to give them a surprise on whom I resemble to !!!!
As we were getting closer to my arrival, Mom was panicking a lot for preparation. Well, Dad stayed cool and was always ready I guess ha ha .....Mom and Dad threw baby shower to shower me with the blessings from family, friends and god. Mom looked so beautiful with bump on her tummy...
Mom received few surprise baby showers from my beautiful aunties ...Dad did good job on keeping secret from Mom ..Well I knew it though ha ha ...
They also painted my room with Car theme ...Dad painted the wall for the first time in his life ... well he did it for me ..was so happy to see my room ...As I was growing big in Mom's tummy, I started kicking. Mom told me story that Aunty Deepa and Ratna always wanted to feel my kick but I never kicked when Aunty Ratna was there !!! I was giving her a hard time and teasing her I guess. Seems like I got that gene from My Dad as Dad teases my Mom a lot and Mom gets angry sometimes, well almost all the time I should say ha ha ..

I was happy when my Nana-Nani came to welcome me .....Mom was so exited and happy to spend time with them before my arrival as they were coming to USA for the first time. ME being the 1st grand child from my Mom's side, Nana-Nani were so exited and got my fav. Laddu . I and Mom enjoyed it almost everyday. As time was getting closer , Mom and Dad started searching names for ME ..we never found one common name which was liked by everyone in the family so no confirmed name was chosen.
Well, everyone was expecting to welcome me by Oct.23th but I guess I loved coziness in mom's tummy so stayed there for one more week !!!!
So finally I arrived to this beautiful world after 33 hrs. of fight. Oct30th, 8:06 am ,7.4 pounds and 19 inches.....I cried when I saw this world for the first time and Mom-Dad gave me sung hug and welcomed me to this world with the tears of joy !!! I was given name "Ayansh" by Dad. Mom loved Aayush and Dad loved Ansh so out of no where, Dad just said Ansh+Aayush = "Ayansh " .....well I thought that was genius ....So here I am "Ayansh A. Shah". Meaning of my name is "Part of parents ", Cool isn't it ?
