Happy 2nd Birthday to ME !!!!

The journey from my 1st year to 2nd year was amazing, I learned lot of new things and got to visit so many places as well ...As I was getting closure to the D day , my parents asked me what do I want for my birthday and I am not kidding, I said I want Tiger at our home on my birthday , A real one !!

You see being an animal lover this was a fair request but my parents got puzzled on how to make my wish come true ? Mom explained me that Tigers live in either jungle or can be at zoo, Tiger can not come to our home. so I thought for a second and I said, how about we go to a Zoo ...well that was genius on my part I guess, don't you think so ?

So Mom-Dad decided to take me to the San Diego zoo a week before my birthday..wohoooo....I was so happy with the plan...

we decided to do a road trip so can enjoy more , so we started to drive on Friday . It was cloudy day but we didn't care and left home with lot of excitement .....well to our surprise , as we got close to bakers field , free way was closed and we were forced to take detour ...we wanted to reach to L.A. by midnight so next day we can start our journey early but seems like an impossible task as we were going in circles and all the roads were blocked. we were wondering why this was happening so Mom and Dad started reading news and they found out there was a mud slide due to which all the roads were closed. Ohh,Boy ! what a night that was. we all were tired but still wanted to go but we could not see any possibilities so we started driving back towards home. we stopped by to place near bakers field and took a rest ....next morning , it was the same situations. all the roads were closed so we couldn't go towards LA. so we decided to come back home. Well, I was still under the impression that we were going to San Diego so was keep on asking if we reached or not.

 so on the way back home, Mom Dad decided to stop by to Fresno Zoo to at least make my wish come true ......and I went crazy , it was perfect gift to me ..

I got to see so many animals like sea lion , Tiger , Black bears ,  Flamingos and many more and my fav. TIGERs . Yes, there were 2 tigers and I spent almost half and hour just to see them walking around and to tell you the fact , I was so happy and not scared at all !!! the best day ever I thought ....so much fun it was...

So after this nightmare , we decided to throw my birthday party and since my birthday is just a day before Halloween , mom-dad decided to have a Halloween theme party at home....wohooo, another nice plan.

so I was asked what so I wanna be and I said Mickey ha ha ...one of my Fav. characters and I demanded Dad to be a Mickey and Mom to be a Minnie for me. wasn't that nice idea ? I think so it was !!!


so when I woke up on my birthday , I had a surprise ready for me downstairs .....

 Room was full of balloons for me and my breakfast was ready on a Mickey Table...Ohh I loved it ..

I received a call from my family back in India and I was treated like a Prince that day.. we did a small cake cutting ceremony in the morning too...


Mom and Dad took a day off at work and was going to spent the whole day with me...

 Soon after the breakfast and cake-cutting, we went to the park ...It was nice of my parents to treat me with all my fav. things on my birthday ..and I felt so special ..Totally loved the attention and a special treatment ha ha ..

so in order to look at my best for the evening party , I took a nap in the afternoon and was ready to spend time with my friends ...I was in Mickey dress and Mom-Dad also dressed up per my instructions ... we made a cute Mickey family , don't you think so ?

I was eagerly waiting for my friends ..and here is a video to show you how much fun I had with everyone on Halloween costumes....well, all in all, I had a great 2nd birthday :)))...

 

Trip to Cabos ....

for summer of 2015 , we took a week off to the Cabos ... It was my 1st long vacation with Mom and Dad ..well I was more looking to stay in the animal themed baby pool at the resort ...so we left early in the morning to catch the flight to the Mexico. I was super charged and woke up at 5 am and didn't go back to the sleep ..I was talking about our plans at Cabos throughout the flight and finally we reached there by noon ..and ohh boy , I got to tell you, the 1st breath out at the airport was hot and humid ..well we knew it so it did not bother us much ...

we took taxi to the resort and on the way to it, area and roads were looking similar to India ..I was looking forward to this trip ..our resort  looked good....our room was on the top floor with the ocean and pool view and let me tell you , the view was awesome...I could hear the sound of the sea and people at the pool ...it was so amazing and yes, I so wanted to hit the pool ....

 

 

 

so we went to the room and put our stuff and I demanded to go to the pool so we got ready and we hit the pool ..Let me tell you , I skipped my nap and I woke up early in the morning and was dead tired but still wanted to make it to the pool as I was super duper excited with this place ...

 

 

 so finally we were at the pool and it was wonderful ..I went to Dedda's pool with him and it was so much fun ..I was there for 3 hrs and didn't want to come out but finally Mom got angry and took me out and we went to the room and within 10 min. I was sleeping ha ha .. ..thank god Mom git me out of the pool so I could rest as we had Disney show to attend in the evening ....

 so after 3 hrs. of  long nap I finally woke up and mom told me to get ready for the show ...I was so happy as I was hoping to see Mickey and Minnie in the show and have a good time ....I put on nice shirt and Mom-Dedda were also ready and looking nice but I was getting all the compliments from the people around resort ..I was getting called "Cutie " , "Handsome" and "Charmer "  and I was completely enjoying the attention I was getting ..I loved it ...

 

so  when the show started, they were calling kids on the stage  for dancing and Mom asked me if I wanted to go or not.. without any hesitation, I said yes and I went on the stage ..there were lot of other kids too and they played  nice songs ..had lot of fun ..so all in all 1st day was gr8 and I was looking forward to the next day and activities planned for me...

 

 

so on the 2nd day , our morning was blissful and Dedda told me since we were on the vacation , I can eat and drink whatever ..I was so happy to hear this as I knew I had lot of options of juices and cakes that I can eat and drink ....out breakfast table was close to the beach and I demanded to sit on my own chair ...I grabbed my utensils and started learning how to use and eat ..I even ordered my juice ..very impressive for this age , isn't it ?

After the breakfast , Mom and Dedda took me to the baby pool ..Ohh man , this pool was amazing with the animal theme .....I went crazy and started playing at the pool ...

 you see all these pics....you can guess how much fun I had there ..and again I didn't want to come out even after 3 hrs. and as always Mom yelled at me and took me out for the lunch ha ha ...

That evening we had a masquerade carnival party at the resort..it was good party with music , food , dance and magic show ..I enjoyed this show....

I was falling in love with this place as it was so relaxing vacation and I was enjoying every bit of it ...Next day we decided to take a submarine boat tour to see fishes in the ocean ...we took a boat ride to go in the middle of the ocean and see fishes....I was enjoying nice breeze , view of the ocean and birds on our way to the spot ....

 On our way , we saw lovers beach and arch as well ...when we had reached to the spot , we went at the bottom part of the boat and the guide said millions of fishes will come around so I should look at the window close to me ..we sat down and were waiting to spot fishes and all of a sudden lots and lots of fishes of different colors swam by ..ohh I shouted out of happiness and shout back " Lots of fishes I see " and everyone laughed at my innocent gesture of my excitement .....

I saw yellow , black , gray and red fishes again and again ..I was so happy with this boat ride and at the end I said " that was fun Mom and Dedda , I liked it " ha ha ....

 Mom and Dedda were happy to see me enjoying ...all in all we all had a great time together ....

Last day , we decided to spend time at the beach and play with water and sand ...I was initially scared with the sound of big waves but I got used to it ....we made snow man with the sand, I know that sounds odd but I insisted to make a snow man and Mom helped me do it ... we also wrote ABCD and out names at the shore but I was amazed by waves washing away our names ..I did it again and again and it was so much fun ..I even tried to taste this sand when Mom was not looking at me but I got caught and finally I gave up ha ha ...

That night we had a D.J. Dance party and as you know I love to dance , I was so happy that night ..I danced with Dedda and lot of other ppl ..everyone came to dance with me including lot of girls u see... see I told you I was very popular at the resorts ha ha ....

 

 

 

And our trip was coming to an end ...It was time for us to go back after spending 5 days at this beautiful and absolutely relaxing place ...we didn't want to go back but we promised to come back here again and said bye bye to lovely Cabos ....
